Banana Pecan Crêpes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil .
  • soft butter .
  • maple syrup .
  • 2 bananas .
  • 1/2 c sliced pecans .
  • 1 egg .
  • 1 c buttermilk pancake mix .
  • 1 c milk

Directions
  • Step #1 In a mixing bowl, mix the pancake mix with the milk, egg, & vegetable oil.
  • Step #2 Mix with fork beating till smooth.
  • Step #3 Add the sliced pecans.
  • Step #4 Mix well to coat all the pecans into the mix.
  • Step #5 On a greased hot griddle or hot non-stick pan, pour a small amount of batter.
  • Step #6 Once the tiny bubbles form atop the pancake, turn the crêpe & cook till lightly brown on each side.
  • Step #7 Cut the banana in two & then cut each half lengthwise.
  • Step #8 Place a half banana in middle of crêpe.
  • Step #9 Then place a pat of soft butter & sprinkle some sliced pecans over banana.
  • Step #10 Roll each crépe like a cigar & place onto warm serving dish.
  • Step #11 Serve with maple syrup.
  • Step #12 Note: You may want to heat the stuffed crêpes in microwave for one min before serving.
