Salmon Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (105 g) can pink salmon .
  • 1 small onion (sliced) .
  • 1/4 c low-fat milk or water .
  • 1 (310 g) can chickpeas (drained & rinsed) .
  • 1 tsp dried dill, leaf tips .
  • 1/4 c lemon juice

Directions
  • Step #1 Place salmon, chick peas, onion & lemon juice in bowl of food processor/blender.
  • Step #2 Process until smooth.
  • Step #3 Slowly add milk or water until desired consistency is reached.
  • Step #4 Stir in dill & put into a serving dish.
  • Step #5 *Note: It is better to let this dip stand for at least an hr before serving to allow the flavours to mix.
