Breakfast Casserole With A Biscuit Crust Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c milk .
  • 2 c shredded mozzarella cheese .
  • 1 (12 oz) can biscuit dough (10 count) .
  • 1 lb sausage, browned, drained, & cooled .
  • 1/4 tsp pepper .
  • 6 eggs, well beaten .
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions
  • Step #1 Butter or spray 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Step #2 Heat oven to 425°.
  • Step #3 Press biscuits onto bottom of baking dish, sealing all areas to make solid crust.
  • Step #4 Sprinkle top with cooked sausage, then the shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Step #5 Mix eggs, milk, salt, & pepper together.
  • Step #6 Carefully pour the egg mixture over meat & cheese.
  • Step #7 Bake 15 mins or until firmly set in center.
