Tea Protein Shake - The New Energy Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 ice cubes .
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon or ground allspice .
  • 1 tbsp protein powder .
  • 1 c vanilla-flavored soy milk .
  • 1 c brewed green tea .
  • 4 tbsps all-bran cereal .
  • 10 tsps Splenda sugar substitute

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix everything in mixer.
  • Step #2 Blend for 2 mins.
  • Step #3 Enjoy! Note: You can use soy protein powder or whey protein powder.
  • Step #4 Also regarding the soy milk, I prefer soy milk fortified with calcium for extra benefits.
