Dry Rub For Chicken, Ribs Or Brisket Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tsps cayenne pepper .
  • 1 tbsp sugar .
  • 1 1/2 tbsps garlic powder .
  • 1 tbsp cumin .
  • 1 tbsp celery salt .
  • 1 tbsp salt .
  • 2 tbsps chili powder .
  • 4 tbsps sweet paprika (not the spicy hot kind) .
  • 1 tbsp oregano .
  • 1 tbsp black pepper .
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar .
  • 1 tbsp white pepper .
  • 1 tsp mustard powder

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
  • Step #2 Rub onto the meat.
  • Step #3 Wrap tightly with plastic wrap, & put in the fridge for a minumum of 8 hrs overnight is even better).
  • Step #4 Refrigerate or freeze any leftovers in an airtight container.
