Danished Glazed Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill weed (sliced) .
  • 1 green onion (sliced) .
  • 1/2 tsp salt .
  • 1/2 tsp paprika .
  • 1 lb mushroom caps .
  • 1 garlic clove (crushed) .
  • 2 tsps basil .
  • 3 tbsps fresh parsley (sliced) .
  • 3 tbsps olive oil

Directions
  • Step #1 Clean mushrooms removing stems.
  • Step #2 Heat oil In a large-ish non-stick skillet over med-heat/flame.
  • Step #3 Stir in salt, paprika, garlic & green onion.
  • Step #4 Increase heat, add mushrooms, sauté three to five mins until mushrooms are glazed & coated.
  • Step #5 Remove mushrooms from heat.
  • Step #6 Toss in parsley, dill & basil.
  • Step #7 Serve as soon as possible.
