Chicken Biscuit Potpie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 1 2/3 c frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 1 c biscuit/baking mix
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 1 1/2 c cubed cooked chicken

Directions
  • Step #1 In a bowl, chicken, mix vegetables, soup & thyme.
  • Step #2 Pour into an ungreased deep-dish 9-in.
  • Step #3 pie plate.
  • Step #4 Combine biscuit mix, milk & egg; pour over chicken mixture.
  • Step #5 Bake at 400F degrees F for 25-30 mins or until golden brown.
