Ingredients

1 egg
1 2/3 c frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 c biscuit/baking mix
1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/2 c milk
1 1/2 c cubed cooked chicken

Directions

Step #1 In a bowl, chicken, mix vegetables, soup & thyme.
Step #2 Pour into an ungreased deep-dish 9-in.
Step #3 pie plate.
Step #4 Combine biscuit mix, milk & egg; pour over chicken mixture.
Step #5 Bake at 400F degrees F for 25-30 mins or until golden brown.
