Fresh Peach Dessert Recipe

Ingredients
  • Bottom Crust .
  • 4 tbsps butter, melted .
  • 1 (6 oz) package vanilla pudding mix (the kind you cook) .
  • Dessert .
  • 1 1/2 c whipped topping (cool whip) .
  • 2 tbsps sugar .
  • 1 (6 oz) package jello peach gelatin .
  • 3 c peaches, sliced .
  • 4 c water .
  • 18 graham cracker squares (1 package)

Directions
  • Step #1 In a medium sauce pan, mix dry pudding mix, jello powder & water.
  • Step #2 Stir & heat to a boil.
  • Step #3 Let it boil for one min.
  • Step #4 Pour mixture into a bowl & place this in the fridge to cool & thicken for about a hr.
  • Step #5 Peel & cut up peaches (or fruit of choice) & set aside.
  • Step #6 Remove cooled jello from the fridge & fold in the cool whip topping.
  • Step #7 Next fold in fresh fruit.
  • Step #8 Place back in fridge.
  • Step #9 Prepare grahm cracker crust in a food processor/blender or mixer, adding all 3 ingredients.
  • Step #10 Place crust in the bottom of a 9 x 13 dish or in 2 pie dishes & press down firmly.
  • Step #11 Remove jello mixure & pour this into the crust.
  • Step #12 Place back in fridge to continue firming up, about another hr.
  • Step #13 Serve with whipped topping.
