Banana Chips Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c flour .
  • 2 c vegetable oil .
  • 4 bananas (green tipped work best) .
  • 1 dash salt

Directions
  • Step #1 Peel bananas.
  • Step #2 Thinly slice about 1/8 inch thick.
  • Step #3 Dredge slices in flour to coat lightly.
  • Step #4 In a wok or saucepan, heat oil to 375F on a deep frying thermometer.
  • Step #5 Add banana slices in small batches without crowding.
  • Step #6 Fry about 3 mins until golden brown.
  • Step #7 Drain chips on paper towel & sprinkle with salt to taste.
