1 lb salmon fillets .
1/4 c dry vermouth .
1 tbsp stone ground dijon mustard
Directions
Step #1 Preheat broiler.
Step #2 Place fillet in baking dish.
Step #3 Spread mustard on fillet, & pour vermouth over top.
Step #4 Broil 2-3 inches from heat for about 5 mins each side.
