Crock Pot Chicken Cacciatore Recipe

Ingredients

1 small onion, Diced .
2 tbsps garlic, sliced .
salt & pepper .
1/2 lb mushrooms, Sliced .
6 boneless skinless chicken thighs .
1 c fat free mozzarella cheese, shredded .
1 c spaghetti sauce .
1 bell pepper, Chopped

Directions

Step #1 Put the chicken in a crock pot.
Step #2 Spice up with salt & pepper: top this with remaining ingredients.
Step #3 Spice up with more salt & pepper.
Step #4 Cook on LOW 7-8 hrs.
Step #5 During the last 30 mins put crock pot on High, sprinkle on the Mozzarella Cheese to melt.
