Mini Florentine Cups Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese .
  • 2 tbsps finely sliced onions .
  • 1/3 c cream cheese, softened .
  • 24 slices deli turkey (thin slices) .
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder .
  • 2 tbsps grated parmesan cheese .
  • 1 (300 g) package frozen sliced spinach, well drained

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350.
  • Step #2 Mix all ingredients except turkey until well mixed.
  • Step #3 Fit turkey slices one slice at a time into 24 miniature muffin pan c.
  • Step #4 Fill each with the spinach mixture, about 3/4 full.
  • Step #5 Bake 15 min or until heated through.
  • Step #6 Serve warm.
