Mini Florentine Cups Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese .
2 tbsps finely sliced onions .
1/3 c cream cheese, softened .
24 slices deli turkey (thin slices) .
1/2 tsp garlic powder .
2 tbsps grated parmesan cheese .
1 (300 g) package frozen sliced spinach, well drained

Directions

Step #1 Preheat oven to 350.
Step #2 Mix all ingredients except turkey until well mixed.
Step #3 Fit turkey slices one slice at a time into 24 miniature muffin pan c.
Step #4 Fill each with the spinach mixture, about 3/4 full.
Step #5 Bake 15 min or until heated through.
Step #6 Serve warm.
