8 ears of shucked sweet corn, cut off of the cob .
2 tbsps olive oil
Directions
Step #1 Shuck sweet corn & cut kernels off of the cob using a sharp knife & a big bowl (this can get messy)Set aside.
Step #2 Chop 1 bunch of green onions using a good portion of the green part.
Step #3 Heat large sautee pan & add butter & olive oil (be sure not to burn) add corn & green onions & sautee for 4-5 mins, green pepper, top! Do not over cook!
Spice up with Salt & Pepper & ENJOY as soon as possible!
Variations: Add sliced red pepper, garlic, etc.
