One-bowl Chocolate Strawberry Cake Recipe

Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step #2 Place 3 of chocolate squares & the butter In a large-ish microwaveable bowl.
Step #3 Microwave on "high" for 2 mins; stir until chocolate is completely melted.
Step #4 Mix in sugar & vanilla.
Step #5 Add eggs, one at a time, beating with a mixer on lowish speed after each addition.
Step #6 Add.
Step #7 25 c of the flour & the baking soda, mix well.
Step #8 Add remaining 1 c flour alternating with the water, beating well after each addition.
Step #9 Pour evenly into 9-inch round cake pan sprayed lightly with cooking spray.
Step #10 Bake 30 mins or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Step #11 Cool 10 mins; remove this from pan.
Step #12 Cool completely.
Step #13 Top with whipped topping & strawberries just before serving.
Step #14 Melt remaining 2 chocolate square as directed on package.
Step #15 Drizzle over cake top.
Step #16 Let stand until chocolate is set.
