- 1/4 lb thinly sliced ham .
- 3 tbsps honey mustard .
- 1/3 c nonfat milk .
- 2 large egg whites .
- 8 slices white bread .
- powdered sugar .
- 1/4 c seedless raspberry jam .
- 4 slices swiss cheese
Directions
- Step #1 Mix the egg whites & milk together In a large-ish bowl.
- Step #2 Spread honey mustard on bread & place Swiss cheese & ham in between bread to make a sandwich.
- Step #3 Dip the sandwich in the egg mixture.
- Step #4 Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
- Step #5 Heat skillet to medium high.
- Step #6 Place sandwich in skillet & cook this until golden brown then flip & cook the other side.
- Step #7 Sprinkle top sandwich with powdered sugar & serve this with a spoonful of raspberry jam.
