Step #1 Mix the egg whites & milk together In a large-ish bowl.
Step #2 Spread honey mustard on bread & place Swiss cheese & ham in between bread to make a sandwich.
Step #3 Dip the sandwich in the egg mixture.
Step #4 Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
Step #5 Heat skillet to medium high.
Step #6 Place sandwich in skillet & cook this until golden brown then flip & cook the other side.
Step #7 Sprinkle top sandwich with powdered sugar & serve this with a spoonful of raspberry jam.
