Ashley's Lowfat Banana Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp vanilla .
  • 2 (9 oz) packages jello sugar-free banana cream pudding mix .
  • 2 1/2 c of at least 1% low-fat milk .
  • 16 nabisco reduced-fat vanilla wafers .
  • 4 oz Cool Whip Free .
  • 2 cut up ripe bananas .
  • 4 oz softened fat free cream cheese

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine the cream cheese & Cool Whip in a mixer.
  • Step #2 Add the milk & pudding packages.
  • Step #3 Add the vanilla.
  • Step #4 If it seems too thick, add more milk until it reaches the desired consistency.
  • Step #5 Use a round bowl & layer one third of the vanilla wafers on the bottom with a layer of bananas on top.
  • Step #6 Add the pudding mixture & then repeat the layer.
  • Step #7 Add the final layer of vanilla wafers to the top of the pudding.
  • Step #8 Letting it sit for awhile before eating will allow the cookies to soften.
