Step #2 Lightly drizzle the olive oil into a 9 by 12 inch baking dish.
Step #3 Whisk the onion, egg, parsley, garlic, ketchup, salt & pepper In a large-ish bowl to mix.
Step #4 Stir in the cheese & bread crumbs.
Step #5 Mix in the turkey.
Step #6 Cover up & put in the fridge the turkey mixture.
Step #7 Using a melon baller or spoon, carefully scrape out the seeds & inner flesh from the zucchini, leaving the 1/8 inch thick shells.
Step #8 Be careful not to pierce through the skin.
Step #9 Fill the zucchini & pepper halves with the turkey mixture, dividing equally & mounding slightly.
Step #10 Arrange the stuffed vegetables in the baking dish.
Step #11 Pour the marinara sauce over the stuffed vegetables.
Step #12 Bake uncovered until the vegetables are tender & beginning to brown & a thermometer inserted into the filling registers 165 degrees F, (about 45 mins).
Step #13 Transfer the stuffed vegetables to a platter & serve.
