Step #1 Combine potatoes, egg, butter & caraway seed.
Step #2 Beat til fluffy.
Step #3 Mix flour, baking powder & salt together & add to potato mixture.
Step #4 Knead lightly until well mixed.
Step #5 Roll on lightly floured board to 1/4 inch thickness.
Step #6 Cut into squares or wedges.
Step #7 Cook over med-heat/flame in frying pan about 5 mins each side til golden brown.
Step #8 Serve at once with butter.
Step #9 Sprinkle top generously with sugar as the Irish do.
