• 4 scoops vanilla ice cream .
• 240 ml Frangelico .
• 240 ml brewed espresso, very hot & strong

• Step #1 Place 4 scoops of icecream in small glasses.
• Step #2 At the table measure 60mls of the coffee & 60mls of the Frangelico.
• Step #3 Simultaneously pour over each ice-cream - the hot coffee & liqueur.
• Step #4 Repeat for all 4 desserts.
