Ingredients
1 c sugar .
1 tbsp vinegar .
1/2 c raisins .
2 eggs .
2 (9 inch) pie crusts .
1/2 c coconut .
1/2 c butter (melted)
Directions
Step #1 Mix sugar,eggs,melted butter.
Step #2 Then stir in the vinegar; mix well.
Step #3 Add coconut & raisins.
Step #4 Mix ingredients well.
Step #5 Pour into pie shell.
Step #6 Bake at 325F for 35 to 40 mins, until brown on top.
