Step #1 Thoroughly mix the garlic with the pepper, salt, & hot pepper; then stir in the the parsley & set aside.
Step #2 Heat the oil in a frying pan over med-heat/flame.
Step #3 Add the tomato slices & cook for about a min on one side; then turn & sprinkle slices with the garlic, hot pepper, & parsley mixture.
Step #4 Continue to cook for another min, shaking the pan every once in awhile; then turn the slices again & cook this until they are done, but not mushy.
Step #5 Slide the tomato slices onto a plate, & serve as soon as possible.
