Harvest Dumpling Soup Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts .
  • 8 oz uncooked white rice .
  • 4 oz sliced celery .
  • 10 mrs.t's brand potato & cheese pierogies .
  • 8 oz white pearl onions .
  • pepper .
  • 1 lb shredded zucchini .
  • 15 oz corn chowder (I prefer Olde Cape Cod brand) .
  • 1/2 tsp lemon pepper .
  • 2 oz italian seasoning or french herbs .
  • 1/2 tsp salt .
  • 49 1/4 oz chicken broth .
  • 8 oz baby carrots .
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Directions
  • Step #1 Cut chicken into bite sized pieces.
  • Step #2 In crock pot mix broth, chicken, soup, vegetables, & dried herbs.
  • Step #3 Cook covered on high for 2 hrs.
  • Step #4 Add rice & other spices.
  • Step #5 Cook for half an hr.
  • Step #6 Add frozen pierogies & cook for half to one full hr until soup forms, lower heat if necessary.
  • Step #7 Serve & enjoy.
