Marinated Grilled Tilapia
Ingredients
  • 1/2 tsp thyme .
  • 1/2 tsp marjoram .
  • 1/4 c Burgundy wine (or sherry wine) .
  • 2 tbsps orange juice (or pineapple juice) .
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced .
  • 2 tsps sugar .
  • 1/2 tsp oregano .
  • 1/8-1/4 c worcestershire sauce .
  • 1/2 tsp crushed rosemary .
  • 1 1/2 tbsps olive oil .
  • 1-1 1/2 lb top sirloin steaks .
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper .
  • 1/3 c white wine vinegar

Directions
  • Step #1 Pierce steaks with a fork a few times & place this In a large-ish plastic baggie or glass pan.
  • Step #2 In a small bowl, whisk together all remaining ingredients for the marinade.
  • Step #3 Pour this over steak meat.
  • Step #4 Seal/cover & place this in refridgerater for at least 6 hrs; turning every few hrs.
  • Step #5 Grill over med-high heat for about 5 mins on each side, or until desired doneness is reached.
