• 1/4 c light olive oil .
• 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes .
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder .
• 1/2 tsp salt .
• 5 ripe yellow tomatoes .
• 4 leaves fresh basil .
• 1/4 tsp sugar .
• 1/2 tsp black pepper

• Step #1 heat olive oil & all spices & basil in saute pan.
• Step #2 cut up tomatoes; any size is fine.
• Step #3 simmer on low for an hr.
• Step #4 tomatoes will start to break down.
• Step #5 stir & press them while they cook.
• Step #6 Cook for about ten mins if you are pressed for time or an hr for full flavor.
• Step #7 pour or toss over pasta.
• Step #8 top this with good quality shaved italian cheese.
