Step #2 Start by crushing the garlic & heating it in some olive oil in a medium nonstick saute pan on the stove.
Step #3 While that is heating up, very thinly sllice the zucchini on a mandoline.
Step #4 When the oil & garlic are heated, but not throughly cooked through, tear some basil into the pan & add ALL the sliced zucchini; Cook until the zucchini is tender, about 2 mins, season this with salt & pepper.
Step #5 Blend eggs in a mixer with the milk & some salt & pepper; mix on the highest speed.
Step #6 Pour the egg mixture into the saute pan over the zucchini mixture & let it set for 1 min: when there isn't much loose egg left in the pan; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese on top & place the pan in the broiler for 1 min.
Step #7 Take pan out of broiler, let it cool & set in pan for 5 mins; Then invert a plate on top of pan & turn over; slice & serve, enjoy.
