1 (15 oz) box pillsbury put in the fridged pie crusts, softened as directed on box .
1 tsp granulated sugar .
2 tbsps granulated sugar .
3/4 c honey .
3/4 c butter or margarine, melted, cooled .
1 1/2 tsps ground cinnamon .
1 tsp vanilla .
1/4 c packed brown sugar .
2 1/2 c finely sliced walnuts .

Directions
Step #1 Heat oven to 325°F Spray 9-inch glass pie pan with cooking spray.
Step #2 Make pie crusts as directed on box for Two-Crust Pie using sprayed pie pan.
Step #3 In medium bowl, brown sugar, mix walnuts, 2 tbsps granulated sugar & the cinnamon.
Step #4 Pour & evenly spread 1/4 c of the cooled melted butter over bottom of pie crust.
Step #5 Spread walnut mixture evenly over butter.
Step #6 Drizzle another 1/4 c butter over nut mixture.
Step #7 Top with second crust; seal edge & flute.
Step #8 Cut large slits in several places in top crust for steam to escape.
Step #9 Drizzle remaining 1/4 c butter evenly over top crust.
Step #10 Bake at 45 to 55 mins or until golden brown.
Step #11 About 5 mins before removing pie from oven, stirring frequently, cook honey & lemon juice over med-heat/flame, in 1-quart saucepan, until mixture has a watery consistency.
Step #12 Remove pie from oven; place on wire rack.
Step #13 Slowly pour hot honey mixture evenly over top of hot pie, making sure it seeps into slits in top crust.
Step #14 Cool at least 3 hrs before serving.
Step #15 Just before serving, in small bowl with electric mixer, beat topping ingredients on high speed about 2 mins or until stiff peaks form.
Step #16 Spoon topping onto individual servings of pie.
