Step #1 In a large saucepan, heat the oil over med-heat/flame & add garlic, rosemary & red pepper flakes.
Step #2 Cook, until the garlic starts to brown, stirring constantly, about 1 min.
Step #3 Add chickpeas & cook 2 mins, stirring constantly.
Step #4 Add chicken broth & bring to a boil.
Step #5 Reduce heat & let simmer 30 mins; let cool slightly.
Step #6 Transfer soup to a mixer; cover loosely, & puree until just smooth.
Step #7 Return to the saucepan & stir in the lemon juice & sea salt to taste.
Step #8 Serve, garnished with a frsh rosemary sprig, or an extra drizzling of oilive oil.
