Cajun Shark Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes .
  • 2 tbsps soy sauce .
  • 1 1/2 lbs mako shark, cut into bite sized pieces .
  • 1 garlic clove, minced .
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice .
  • 2 tbsps olive oil

Directions
  • Step #1 Saute garlic in olive oil until light golden brown.
  • Step #2 Discard garlic.
  • Step #3 Pat shark dry with paper towels.
  • Step #4 Saute shark in oil over med-heat/flame until it flakes easily when tested with a fork, about 4-5 mins.
  • Step #5 Remove fish to a warm plate.
  • Step #6 Add soy sauce & lemon juice to the pan.
  • Step #7 Cook for 1 min, stirring.
  • Step #8 Add shark back to pan.
  • Step #9 Sprinkle top with crushed red pepper.
  • Step #10 Cook for 1 min.
