Step #2 Grease bottom & sides of a 9 inch springform pan OR a 12x8 inch baking dish.
Step #3 In a large bowl, mix brownie mix, oil, water, & eggs.
Step #4 Beat approx 50 strokes by hand.
Step #5 Stir in chocolate chunks.
Step #6 Spread batter in greased pan.
Step #7 Bake at 350 for 45-50 mins or until center is almost set.
Step #8 Cool 1 hr or until completely cooled.
Step #9 In a large bowl, beat cream cheese & powdered sugar until smooth.
Step #10 Stir in melted vanilla chips.
Step #11 Fold in 1/3 of whipped cream.
Step #12 Fold in remaining whipped cream.
Step #13 Reserve 1 c mixture for piped edge.
Step #14 Spread remaining mixture over brownie.
Step #15 Using cake decorating bag with a star tip, pipe decorative border around edge of brownie, making sure border doesn't touch the edge of the pan.
Step #16 Cover up & put in the fridge at least 2 hrs.
Step #17 Meanwhile in food processor/blender OR mixer, process strawberries until smooth.
Step #18 Strain to remove seeds.
Step #19 In a small saucepan, mix 3 Tbsp sugar & cornstarch.
Step #20 Stir in strawberry puree.
Step #21 Cook & stir over med-heat/flame until mixture boils & thickens.
Step #22 Cool to about room temp.
Step #23 About 1 hr before serving, arrange fresh strawberries over filling.
Step #24 Refrigerate until serving time.
Step #25 With a sharp knife, loosen dessert from sides of pan.
Step #26 Cut into wedges.
Step #27 Serve with a drizzle of strawberry sauce over each piece.
