Step #1 Preheat oven to 350°.
Step #2 To make the crust, cream the butter & powdered sugar.
Step #3 Add 2 c flour to make a dough.
Step #4 Pat out in a 9 x 9" square pan.
Step #5 Bake for 15 mintues or until golden.
Step #6 Mix the eggs, salt, granulated sugar, lemon juice & rind & remaining 2 tbls flour & baking powder.
Step #7 Pour over the crust & bake for 20-25 mins.
Step #8 When cool, dust with powdered sugar.
Step #9 Cut into small squares.
Step #10 Serve.
