Another Low Carb Eggless Breakfast Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 bunch radishes (trimmed & sliced) .
  • paprika, if desired .
  • 1/2 small onion (sliced) .
  • 1 tbsp bacon drippings .
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme .
  • salt & pepper

Directions
  • Step #1 Saute onion in the bacon fat until soft, then add the radishes.
  • Step #2 Cook over med-heat/flame until crisp outside, & soft inside,about 8 mins.
  • Step #3 Add seasonings near end of cooking time.
  • Step #4 Sprinkle top with paprika just before serving.
