Ingredients
  • 1 tsp five-spice powder .
  • 2 lbs boneless pork roast .
  • 1 1/2 tsps sesame oil .
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce .
  • 1/3 c peanut butter .
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed .
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne .
  • 2 tsps fresh ginger, grated

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, five spice & cayenne.
  • Step #2 Place pork roast in 3 1/2 -quart slow cooker (aka crockpot).
  • Step #3 Spoon spice mixture over top of roast.
  • Step #4 Cover up & cook on low heat setting 6 1/2 -7 hrs or until pork is tender.
  • Step #5 Remove roast from slow cooker (aka crockpot).
  • Step #6 Stir peanut butter into juices until smooth.
  • Step #7 Spoon sauce over sliced roast.
