• 1 c sugar .
• 1 tsp vanilla .
• 1/2 tsp baking powder .
• 1/4 c firmly packed brown sugar .
• 1/2 c chocolate chips (optional) .
• 2 large eggs .
• 1/8 tsp salt .
• 3/4 c flour .
• 1/2 c margarine

• Step #1 Stir together marganie & brown sugar in sauce pan over low heat/flame until bubbly.
• Step #2 Cool slighty.
• Step #3 Then add rest of ingredients.
• Step #4 Stir tigether quickly then put into 9 x 9 square pan & bake this at 350°F for 30 mins or until toothpick comes out clean.
