Ginger Thai Beef Stir-fry Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp red pepper flakes .
  • 2 tbsps fresh ginger, sliced .
  • 3 tbsps fish sauce .
  • 1 tbsp garlic, sliced .
  • 2 tbsps sesame oil .
  • 1/2 lime, juice of .
  • 2 c long grain rice, cooked .
  • 1/4 c bamboo shoots, cut into thin strips .
  • 2 lbs beef sirloin, cut into thin strips .
  • 1 tsp lemongrass, sliced .
  • 2 c fresh green beans, cut in half LENGTHWISE & blanched

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat oil in wok or medium frying pan.
  • Step #2 When oil is hot, bamboo shoots, ginger, lemon grass, garlic, beans, add beef, red pepper flakes & fish sauce.
  • Step #3 Cook 4 to 5 mins on high heat, stirring.
  • Step #4 Remove from heat & add the lime juice.
  • Step #5 Serve over rice.
  • Step #6 Enjoy.
