Step #1 Arrange chicken in 9x13 baking dish.
Step #2 Add garlic, evoo, rosemary, lemon zest & grill seasoning & salt & pepper if you wish.
Step #3 Toss & coat chicken with all ingredients.
Step #4 Then place this in oven.
Step #5 Roast 20 mins.
Step #6 Add wine & lemon juice to the dish & mix with pan juices.
Step #7 Return to oven & turn oven off.
Step #8 Let stand 5 mins longer & removen chicken from the oven.
Step #9 place baking dish on trivet & serve, spooning pan juices over the chicken pieces.
