Ingredients
  • 3 tbsps extra virgin olive oil (evoo) .
  • 1 lemon, juice & zest of .
  • 1/2 c dry white wine or chicken broth .
  • 2 1/2 lbs boneless chicken breasts, cut in small pieces .
  • 6 garlic cloves, crushed .
  • 1 tbsp grill seasoning .
  • 3 tbsps fresh rosemary, Chopped

Directions
  • Step #1 Arrange chicken in 9x13 baking dish.
  • Step #2 Add garlic, evoo, rosemary, lemon zest & grill seasoning & salt & pepper if you wish.
  • Step #3 Toss & coat chicken with all ingredients.
  • Step #4 Then place this in oven.
  • Step #5 Roast 20 mins.
  • Step #6 Add wine & lemon juice to the dish & mix with pan juices.
  • Step #7 Return to oven & turn oven off.
  • Step #8 Let stand 5 mins longer & removen chicken from the oven.
  • Step #9 place baking dish on trivet & serve, spooning pan juices over the chicken pieces.
