Good Morning Pizza Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (13 7/8 oz) package put in the fridged pizza dough .
  • 1 c shredded cheddar cheese .
  • 1/2 c sliced green bell peppers or red bell peppers .
  • 3 c frozen hash brown potatoes .
  • 1 1/3 c French-fried onions or French's cheddar french fried onions .
  • 1 c salsa .
  • 6 eggs, beaten .
  • 3 tbsps vegetable oil

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat oven to 400°F Prepare pizza dough as package directs for crispier crust in a 15x10x1 inch jelly-roll pan.
  • Step #2 Bake 7 mins or until golden brown.
  • Step #3 Heat 2 tbsp oil in large non-stick skillet over med-heat/flame.
  • Step #4 Saute potatoes & peppers for 10 mins until browned, stirring frequently.
  • Step #5 Remove potato mixutre, keep warm.
  • Step #6 Scramble eggs in remaining oil over med-heat/flame until done, stirring every once in awhile.
  • Step #7 Layer baked pizza crust with salsa, hash brown mixture, eggs, cheese & French Fried Onions.
  • Step #8 Bake at 400F for 3 mins or until cheese melts & onions are golden.
  • Step #9 Cut into squares to serve.
