South Beach Mango Lassi Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon .
  • 1 small frozen banana, cut into small chunks .
  • 1 tbsp sugar, sub. if desired .
  • 1 medium ripe mango, peeled & sliced .
  • 3/4 c nonfat plain yogurt .
  • 1/4 c skim milk .
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Directions
  • Step #1 In a mixer or food processor/blender, puree mango cubes & banana chunks.
  • Step #2 Add remaining ingredients; process until smooth.
  • Step #3 Pour into glasses; garnish with extra cinnamon, if desired.
