Potato Chip Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c white sugar .
1/2 lb butter .
1/2 c finely crushed regular potato chips .
1 1/2 c flour .
1/4 c powdered sugar

Directions

Step #1 Cream butter & sugar in a mixing bowl.
Step #2 Add flour & potato chips.
Step #3 Mix well.
Step #4 Form into balls & place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Step #5 Draw into peaks with tsp.
Step #6 Bake in 350 degree oven for 10-12 mins.
Step #7 Cool completely & sprinkle with powdered sugar.
