• Step #2 Sprinkle top with powdered sugar & let sit 10 min Meanwhile, mix sherry with lemon zest & spices.
• Step #3 Pour over berries & chill in the fridge.
• Step #4 At serving time, whip cream with sugar to taste.
• Step #5 Spoon berries into sherbert glasses.
• Step #6 Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream & a sprinkling of crystallized ginger.
