1 1/2 c long grain white rice, cooked in the method of your choice .
1/2 medium onion, finely sliced .
2 tbsps soy sauce
Directions
Step #1 Heat the oil In a large-ish, & cook the ham & onion over low heat/flame, deep skillet, for 8 mins, stirring every once in awhile, or until the onion is tender.
Step #2 (If you do not have the rice ready yet, you can make it whilst the onions & ham are cooking!).
Step #3 Add the hot rice to the pan, stirring until the rice & ham are thoroughly mixd (about 2 mins).
Step #4 Add the eggs & stir carefully, combining everything, until you start to see little bits of scrambled egg forming in the pan.
Step #5 Now stir in the the peas, & then stir in the the soy sauce, a few drops at a time.
Step #6 Keep stirring until everything is nicely mixed.
