Step #2 Rub chicken with salt & pepper & place this in the pan.
Step #3 Sprinkle top with paprika & cook over med-heat/flame until lightly browned.
Step #4 Remove from the pan & set aside.
Step #5 Add the onion to the pan & cook for 3-4 mins until soft, then stir in the the chilli powder & coriander & cook for a few seconds.
Step #6 Add the tomatoes with their juice & the tomato puree.
Step #7 Return the chicken to the pan along with the remaining spices (including extra salt & pepper) & let simmer carefully for 20 mins until the chicken is tender & thoroughly cooked.
