Mom's Salsa (family Size Recipe) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c vinegar .
  • 2 tbsps oil .
  • 2 (28 oz) cans sliced tomatoes .
  • 2 (5 1/2 oz) cans tomato paste with garlic .
  • 1/2 tsp oregano .
  • 1/2 tsp basil .
  • 8 garlic cloves, sliced .
  • 0 pickled jalapeno pepper (I remove the seeds) .
  • 2 green peppers, sliced .
  • 1 1/2 tbsps sugar .
  • 2 onions, sliced .
  • 1 (19 oz) can pineapple tidbits (drained)

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large stock pot, cook onions & garlic in oil until softened.
  • Step #2 Add remaining ingredients.
  • Step #3 Simmer for 40 mins.
  • Step #4 Keep in refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.
