No Flour Almond And Chocolate Bundt Cake Recipe

Ingredients

70 ml sherry wine .
10 eggs, separated .
1 tsp cinnamon .
butter, to prepare bundt cake .
250 g chocolate chips .
50 g sugar .
280 g almond meal .
275 g sugar .
1 lemon, juice & zest of .
flour, to prepare bundt cake

Directions

Step #1 Preheat oven to 160 Degrees Celsius.
Step #2 Butter & flour 24cm bundt cake tin.
Step #3 Beat egg yolks amd sugar together until thick & creamy approx 10 mins.
Step #4 Add chocolate chips, almond meal, cinnamon, lemon zest, juice & sherry.
Step #5 Beat until just mixd.
Step #6 In a clean dry bowl beat the egg whites with 50g sugar until stiff.
Step #7 With a metal spoon carefully fold eggwhites into torte mixture.
Step #8 Pour into bundt cake & bake 1 hr.
Step #9 Sprinkle top with icing sugar to serve.
