No Flour Almond And Chocolate Bundt Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 70 ml sherry wine .
  • 10 eggs, separated .
  • 1 tsp cinnamon .
  • butter, to prepare bundt cake .
  • 250 g chocolate chips .
  • 50 g sugar .
  • 280 g almond meal .
  • 275 g sugar .
  • 1 lemon, juice & zest of .
  • flour, to prepare bundt cake

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 160 Degrees Celsius.
  • Step #2 Butter & flour 24cm bundt cake tin.
  • Step #3 Beat egg yolks amd sugar together until thick & creamy approx 10 mins.
  • Step #4 Add chocolate chips, almond meal, cinnamon, lemon zest, juice & sherry.
  • Step #5 Beat until just mixd.
  • Step #6 In a clean dry bowl beat the egg whites with 50g sugar until stiff.
  • Step #7 With a metal spoon carefully fold eggwhites into torte mixture.
  • Step #8 Pour into bundt cake & bake 1 hr.
  • Step #9 Sprinkle top with icing sugar to serve.
