Step #1 Preheat oven to 350.
Step #2 Lightly spray a 9-inch-square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Step #3 In a large mixing bowl, mix sugar, egg, pumpkin, egg whites & oil.
Step #4 Beat until mixed.
Step #5 Add flour, cocoa, cinnamon, allspice, baking powder, salt: beat until batter is smooth.
Step #6 Stir in morsels.
Step #7 Spread into prepared pan.
Step #8 Bake for about 20 mins or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean.
Step #9 Cool in pan on wire rack.
Step #10 Cut into squares when cooled.
