Dill Pickle Appetizers Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsps mayonnaise
  • 1 (1 lb) loaf white bread, crusts trimmed
  • 1 tbsp grated onion
  • 1 tbsp onion juice
  • 1 (22 oz) jar baby dill pickles

Directions
  • Step #1 In a medium bowl, mayonnaise, mix cream cheese, onion juice & grated onion.
  • Step #2 Spread the mixture thinly on the white bread slices.
  • Step #3 Roll 1 baby dill pickle in each slice of bread.
  • Step #4 Place in a medium glass baking dish with the seam side down.
  • Step #5 Cover & chill in the refrigerator 8 hrs, or overnight.
  • Step #6 To serve, slice each bread roll this into 1 inch slices.
