Ingredients
  • 3 c confectioners' sugar
  • 2 c heavy whipping cream
  • 2 c semisweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips or white chips

Directions
  • Step #1 In a medium saucepan, bring cream to a simmer, about 180 degrees F remove this from the heat.
  • Step #2 Stir in chips until melted.
  • Step #3 Place pan in a bowl of ice water; stir constantly until cooled.
  • Step #4 Gradually whisk in confectioners' sugar until smooth & thick.
  • Step #5 Store in the refrigerator.
