Step #1 For cake cream butter & sugar.
Step #2 Add eggs one at a time then vanilla & Baileys.
Step #3 Add remaining ingredients; if batter is too thick add a little milk, it should resemble basic cake batter.
Step #4 Pour batter into a 9x9 greased pan & bake this at 300F degrees for 60 mins.
Step #5 When cake is done remove this from oven & cool completely before filling & icing.
Step #6 For filling mix butter & Baileys then powder sugar.
Step #7 For icing, Melt chocolate chip & butter.
Step #8 Stir in milk & corn syrup.
Step #9 Split cake into two layers, place filling between layers & finish with icing.
