Step #1 Beat the first six ingredients together In a large-ish mixing bowl.
Step #2 Then add the next four ingredients to the mixture & mix well.
Step #3 Bake in a greased & floured pan at 325F degrees for one & a half hrs.
Step #4 (a round pan with a middle is preferred, but I also divided the mixture into ramekin dishes as well & turned out just fine)
Let the cake cool down.
Step #5 And remove it to a serving dish.
Step #6 (If using ramekins this step is not necessary).
Step #7 Once removed prick holes all around the cake making sure you don't mutilate it in the process!
For the icing:.
Step #8 Mix all three ingredients in a saucepan & boil for one & a half mins.
