Ingredients
  • salt & pepper .
  • 3 chipotle chiles, from a can .
  • 1 c canned corn niblets .
  • 2 lbs pork cutlets, flattened .
  • 1 c evaporated milk .
  • 1/4 c butter

Directions
  • Step #1 Melt butter in a skillet & fry steaks in it.
  • Step #2 Spice up with salt & pepper to taste,.
  • Step #3 Cover up & let simmer for about 5 mins.
  • Step #4 Meanwhile process the evaporated milk with the chipotle peppers & pour over the cutlets.
  • Step #5 Add the corn niblets, mixing them inches Cover up the skillet again & cook this until cutlets are tender & flavors mix.
  • Step #6 Serve with warm corn or flour tortillas.
