Ingredients
  • 1 c heavy whipping cream or devon cream .
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice, fresh

Directions
  • Step #1 In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat the cream & lemon juice on medium speed until it begins to thicken, approximately 3-4 mins.
  • Step #2 Do not scrape the sides of the bowl while mixing.
  • Step #3 Turn the mixer to high & beat another bew mins.
  • Step #4 You wil have a curd-like cream on top & thick cream underneath.
  • Step #5 Mix together carefully.
  • Step #6 It will have the consistency of pudding before it is set.
  • Step #7 Serve cold with ripe berries or where ever your imagination takes you.
